Andy Buck: Leadership Matters

TTSA is delighted to welcome Andy Buck

to address secondary Heads and SLTs. This session will focus on the key elements of the Leadership Matters website and how leaders can utilise the capacity of the system to best effect. To facilitate this, the session will start by outlining the leadership approaches and models that underpin the resources. It will then take participants through each of the tools, with practical advice about how to use each in a way that will bring the maximum benefit for colleagues. The cost of the session includes a light lunch, a free copy of Andy’s book plus a chance to try the website free for 21 days. If more than 10 schools attend the session, one lucky school will also win a year’s free subscription.

TTSA 'Leadership' or 'Full' members are entitled to a reduced delegate rate of £50
