Due to ever-increasing demand and a shift in the new Ofsted framework focus, from September 2019, TTSA will be offering a new and extensive range of packages to support the CPD requirements highlighted within your school development plan.
We have known for some time that the new framework will have curriculum at its heart. Quality of education will focus on the three Ofsted curriculum pillars of intent, implementation and impact. Intent will include curriculum design, coverage and appropriateness; Implementation will cover curriculum delivery, teaching and assessment; and Impact will reflect student achievement and destinations.
To ensure your staff receive high quality targeted CPD in line with the new Ofsted framework, the Alliance will now provide individual subject packages for the following subject areas: Maths; English; Science, IT & Online Safety; Creative & Humanities.
Schools can take advantage of discounts for purchasing multiple individual subject membership packages; MAT discounts are available when purchasing Curriculum and Full Memberships. For 2019, we will also be introducing the Aspirant Heads programme and SMSC/Modern Britain/PSHE Leads Network as part of the Leadership and Full Membership packages.
The deadline for making membership package choices and returning your completed Memorandum of Understanding is Tuesday 30th April 2019. For schools within MATs who wish to take advantage of the MAT discount packages, please complete your individual school choices and return your paperwork to the Alliance. Paperwork received after the deadline will not qualify for the MAT discounts. Once all paperwork has been received, TTSA will apply the discount and invoice individual schools accordingly. If you are the MAT lead school and want to request a single invoice for schools across your MAT, please contact Lisa Toms, Director at email@example.com.
We look forward to working with you in 2019/20.
